NetDragon Vice Chairman Dr. Simon Leung, Senior Vice President Chen Hong, Vice President Lin Yun, and other senior executives warmly received the guests and introduced a series of NetDragon's national-level education cooperation cases and achievements to the visiting delegation. President Mahama remarked, "This visit to NetDragon has been a very good experience."
As a leading Chinese enterprise in the "Education Going Global" initiative, NetDragon has actively participated in the Belt and Road Initiative, fostering long-term and constructive partnerships with countries including Ghana. President Mahama's visit is expected to open a new chapter in the collaboration between the two sides.

At NetDragon's Changle Base, President Mahama and his delegation first received a briefing on a series of NetDragon's national-level cooperation cases worldwide and gained a detailed understanding of NetDragon's products and technological capabilities such as AI courseware and the AI Production Center. NetDragon also utilized its AI capabilities to design and create an interactive course based on President Mahama's memoir. This course, displayed on a Promethean interactive display, showcased the understanding and evaluation of education by President Mahama and his father. President Mahama expressed great fondness for the experience after trying it and used the annotation feature of the interactive display to leave his signature.

Dr. Simon Leung, Vice Chairman of NetDragon, extended a warm welcome to President Mahama, Vice Governor Lin Ruiliang, and the other distinguished guests. He stated that NetDragon established early collaborations with Ghana in digital education, with its online learning platform Edmodo having previously contributed to the development of basic education in Ghana. Dr. Leung expressed NetDragon's willingness to use President Mahama's visit as an opportunity, in this new phase where bilateral relations have been elevated to a strategic partnership, to integrate NetDragon's latest technological achievements in digital education and other fields with Ghana's development needs, and to jointly explore new models and pathways for digital education cooperation.

In 2020, NetDragon’s global learning platform Edmodo was selected by Ghana’s Ministry of Education as the official online learning platform for the nation’s K–12 education system, serving approximately 9.3 million students and 450,000 teachers. Under this framework, NetDragon will provide a suite of digital education solutions and services to support Ghana’s Ministry of Education in achieving its national education objectives and expanding access to equitable, high-quality education and lifelong learning opportunities.
